Cloudy with flurries tonight in Mandan. Patchy fog is possible
after midnight. Temperatures are forecast to remain nearly
steady this evening between 5 and 10 degrees, with wind chills
of zero to 5 below zero. Currently, east winds around 5 to 7 mph
are forecast to shift to the southeast around 10 PM this evening
and then remain southeast to south through the rest of the night.
We are not expecting any impacts or accumulations from the
flurries. Chance of measurable precipitation is 10 percent.
