...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation
  expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice
  accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45
  mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible.
  Total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches possible along
  and north of Interstate 90.

* WHERE...Onondaga County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon
  to 4 AM EST Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday
  evening through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There remains uncertainty in the exact
  location of the lake effect snow band Thursday evening through
  Friday. At this time, much lower snow amounts, between 1 to 4
  inches are expected south of Syracuse.

  expected. Total snow accumulations up to 2 inches and ice
  accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high
  as 40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow
  possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches
  possible. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, and Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to
  10 AM EST Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday
  evening through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There remains uncertainty in the exact
  location of the lake effect snow band Thursday evening through
  Friday. However the heavy lake effect snow may impact the Mohawk
  Valley region, including Utica, Rome and the NY Thruway Corridor.
  Snow amounts are forecast to quickly diminish south of the NY
  Thruway in Madison county.

  Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, and Yates Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, and
  Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
