...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 1 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations up to one
  tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In New York, Chemung, Steuben, and Tioga Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Bradford, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
  morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will begin as snow tonight,
  changing over to a mix of sleet and freezing rain during the
  morning hours. Surface temperatures should warm enough to see all
  rain by the early afternoon.

  accumulations up to 2 inches across much of the area. 3-4 inches
  of snow and sleet expected across Northern Oneida county. Ice
  accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as
  35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM EST Thursday.
