* At 925 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Meredith, or
  near Oneonta, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters reported downed trees.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Oneonta, Delhi, Davenport, Roxbury, Maryland, Meredith, Stamford,
  Otego, Hobart, Franklin, East Meredith, and Bovina Center.
