LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS...

Narrow moderate to heavy lake effect snow bands across central
New York this morning will produce rapidly-changing conditions
from the fluffy dry snow and blowing snow leading to slick
roadways and can reduce visibility to less than one mile at times.
Exercise caution and allow for extra time if traveling.
