...SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON CAN PRODUCE HEAVY
RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS...

Scattered pop up, slow moving thunderstorms will impact the area
over the next several hours. Storms may produce torrential
downpours, frequent cloud to ground lightning, small hail and wind
gusts up to 40 mph. Storm motions will be slow, generally from
southeast to northwest less than 15 mph.

Localized ponding of water on roadways and other low lying areas
will be possible, especially in urbanized areas.
