...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT ONEIDA COUNTY THROUGH 330 AM
EDT...

At 249 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Big Moose to 6 miles west of McKeever to
near Redfield to 7 miles south of Adams. Movement was southeast at 55
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Utica, Rome, Kirkland, Lee, Verona, Westmoreland, Vienna, Trenton,
Deerfield, and Floyd.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
