  mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest winds are expected this afternoon
  and evening, especially over the exposed hilltop locations.
