  Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

  Freeze Warning, temperatures will fall into the mid 20s to low 30s
  tonight into early Friday morning.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For
  the Freeze Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
