            Corrects end time and adds detail to
            previous tornado report from 2 NW Packwood
            Corners. NWS survey confirms EF1 tornado
            with winds up to 95 mph. It went through the
            village of Waterloo after beginning a few
            miles west-northwest, and followed roughly
            US20. After a 6.69 mile path, as wide as 250
            yards, the tornado weakened while ending at
            834 PM on the north side of Seneca Falls.
