northeast Pennsylvania.

There is a Marginal Risk for locally excessive rainfall today into
tonight. Ponding of water in low lying areas and roadways is
possible as localized heavier rainfall rates develop. Storm total
rainfall amounts between about 1 to 2 inches are possible by tonight.
