.DISCUSSION...
High pressure is building into the Northern Tier of PA with
warming temperatures and drier conditions Tuesday into Wednesday.
Winds will largely be terrain driven with little environmental
wind outside of the mid to late afternoon when mixing is deepest.
Afternoon RH will fall into the low 40s to high 30s, the wet
grounds from recent rains will prevent RH from getting too low
with high rates of evaporation from soils and plants.
