.SYNOPSIS... High pressure is expected through the entire week,
which will bring a prolonged period of dry weather. Temperatures
will be  well above normal to start the week, but will return to
slightly below normal by the middle of the week. There is
potential for  some frost in sheltered valleys Wednesday and
Thursday nights.
