...Heavy Snow Band Moving Across The Mississippi River Valley...

A quick moving band of heavy snow that extends from Jackson
County, Wisconsin through Winona County, Minnesota will continue
to move east this afternoon near and north of Interstate 90.
Visibilities may drop as low as 1/2 of a mile within the band
with snowfall rates of one inch per hour at times. Motorists
should exercise caution as visibilities may suddenly drop and any
previously cleared roads may quickly become snow covered.
