At 809 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was near Dubuque, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rain.

SOURCE...Radar and automated weather observations.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

  Dickeyville around 820 AM CDT.
  Cuba City around 835 AM CDT.
