...Areas of Fog This Morning, Locally Dense...

Areas of fog have developed early this morning across portions of
southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa. This has resulted in
visibilities below 1 mile with some locations seeing visibilities
to around 1/4 of a mile. Motorists should exercise caution and
slow down when encountering areas of fog.
