...Funnel Clouds will be Possible into This Afternoon for
Northeast Iowa and Parts of Southeast Minnesota...

Conditions will be favorable for the development of weak, brief
funnel clouds through 1 PM in southeast Minnesota and between noon
and 4 pm in northeast Iowa.

This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they
can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a
funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to
the National Weather Service.

Due to the threat of funnel clouds, we have delayed the Wednesday
NOAA Weather Radio Test until Thursday between 11 PM and Noon.
