THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 25 to 30 below expected.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Floyd, Mitchell, Chickasaw, and Howard Counties.
  In Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, and Olmsted Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
