This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Isolated non-severe storms possible this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Severe storms are possible Thursday afternoon and early evening.
Currently, the higher risk lies east of the Mississippi River.
Very large hail and tornadoes will be the primary threats.
Damaging winds will also be possible. Hail size may exceed
2 inches in diameter and a stronger tornado cannot be ruled out.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters may be needed east of the Mississippi River between 2 PM
and 7 PM Thursday. Spotters in Wisconsin north of Interstate 90
have the highest chance of being needed.
