This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

There is a level 2 of 5 risk for severe storms Saturday afternoon
and very early evening. Damaging winds are the main threat.
Confidence is low to medium for this threat.

Multiple rounds of storms producing heavy rainfall expected across
portions of northeast IA and southwestern WI, mainly from Saturday
evening through Monday morning. There is a level 3 of 4 risk for
flash flooding to occur for these areas. If storms repeat over
locations, localized rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches or greater
may occur.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

There is a low probability of spotter activation Saturday
morning into the evening (20%).

Rainfall reports are appreciated Saturday and Sunday.
