Damaging winds are the main threat. Confidence is low to medium for this threat. Multiple rounds of storms producing heavy rainfall expected across portions of northeast IA and southwestern WI, mainly from Saturday evening through Monday morning. There is a level 3 of 4 risk for flash flooding to occur for these areas. If storms repeat over locations, localized rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches or greater may occur. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
