.DISCUSSION...
Strongest winds of the day will occur this morning, as winds out
of the north at around 10 mph will be present. As the day goes on,
expect winds to slowly decrease to around 5 mph while also
turning clockwise from out of the north to out of the northeast
and, by sunset, out of the east. Mostly clear skies should lead to
efficient mixing with good smoke dispersal toward the southwest
due to slightly stronger winds out of the northeast at the top of
the mixed layer. RH values will fall into the 35-40 percent range
this afternoon. Winds will continue to turn clockwise overnight,
becoming out of the southeast and eventually south tomorrow.
