.DISCUSSION...

A dry forecast is expected for today as residual high pressure
maintains influence over the region. Mostly clear skies to start
will give way to increasing clouds, keeping temperatures cool
overall in the upper 30s to low 40s. RHs should not decrease too
much later in the day with min RHs only falling to around 45-50
percent. Winds will remain out of the south through the day with
speeds generally peaking around 10 mph during the late
morning/early afternoon before decreasing later in the day. RH
recovery will be excellent as an area of drizzle/freezing drizzle
moves in from the west overnight. RHs should peak between 85-100
percent by daybreak Tuesday.
