Winds out of the west at 5 to 15 gusting to 20 mph are expected
to prevail through sunset, after which they will turn counter-
clockwise to out of the southwest. Dry conditions continue with RH
values dropping to around 30 percent this afternoon. Smoke
dispersion will be typically poor around ignition early in the
morning but should rapidly improve to excellent, particularly once
any ongoing cloudiness dissipates. Rain is not expected until tonight
and, even then, amounts will be minimal.
