Chances return (20-30%) by mid afternoon into early afternoon (roughly 3 to 8 pm). Any rainfall would be light with amounts under 1/10". Very light wind field, upwards of 10 kft feet, making for poor smoke dispersal. Overcast with high based clouds (8-10 kft). Note - rain chances today are tied to very small features in the upper level flow and can be hard to pick up more than a few hours out.
