.DISCUSSION...Light northeast winds at issuance (845AM) rotate
clockwise through the late afternoon and evening; becoming east
near 4-5PM and southeast shortly thereafter. RHs in the 40s near
ignition time decrease into the 30s this afternoon. Precipitation
chances reach the spot area early Sunday morning, lingering
through Sunday and increasing overnight Sunday into Monday.

It will be partly sunny on Sunday. High temperatures will be in the
lower 60s. Humidities will be in the 60s and 70s in the morning
and then decrease into the mid-30s in the afternoon. Light
southeast winds (up to 5 mph) will increase into the 5 to 8 mph in
the late morning and continue during the afternoon. Smoke dispersion
will be poor at ignition and then become excellent in the afternoon.
