.DISCUSSION...High pressure will build across the area late this afternoon
and tonight. Winds will be around 10 mph with excellent smoke dispersion
through this evening. Relative humidities will be in the upper 20s for the
remainder of this afternoon and then gradually climb into the mid-40s by
9 PM.

On Tuesday, high pressure will sunny skies and light southwest and west winds
of around 5 mph. Smoke dispersion will start out as poor through mid-morning
and then be good for the remainder of the day. Relative humidities will start
around 60% and then drop into the mid-20s for the afternoon.
