.DISCUSSION...

Northwest winds continue this afternoon, generally 5 to 10 mph but
a few gusts around 15 mph are possible on the ridge tops. RHs are
expected to remain in the low to mid 20 percent range, but may
dip into the upper teens before sunset. The current observation at
Black River Falls indicates a relative humidity of 19 percent and
the current observation at Fort McCoy indicates a relative
humidity of 24 percent. Relative humidities increase after sunset.
Smoke dispersal is good this afternoon, but will decrease to poor
after sunset.
