These rain amounts are not expected to cause much additional impact. In northeast Iowa, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Howard and Winneshiek. * WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Law enforcement reports that many roads remain closed in the warned area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 325 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
