.Rainfall over the past several days has resulted in saturated soils
across much of southeast Minnesota. Showers and storms will move
across the area tonight and Monday morning. This additional rainfall
could potentially produce flash flooding.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota, including the following
  counties, Dodge, Fillmore, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona and
  west central Wisconsin, including the following counties, Buffalo
  and Trempealeau.

* WHEN...Through 10 am Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Saturated soils and additional rainfall could produce flash
    flooding late this evening and overnight.
