  Lake Huron from Sturgeon Point to Alabaster MI 5NM off shore to
  US/Canadian border...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 627 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 20 nm east of Oscoda, moving east at 20
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could
           result in structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Central Lake Huron Buoy.
