* At 441 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 21 nm east of South Point to 27 nm west of East
  Tawas, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
