* WHAT...Southwest to West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
  mph.  Strongest winds likely in coastal areas.

* WHERE...Portions of Eastern Upper and Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around the snow on the ground,
  creating near  whiteouts in exposed areas and possibly slick
  travel.  Unsecured objects will blow around.  Isolated power
  outages are possible.
