...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
  32 expected. For the Freeze Watch, hard freeze temperatures as low
  as 28 possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For tonight...Northwesterly winds could
  remain as high as 10-15 mph overnight tonight, especially east of
  US-131 and north of M-72. This may prevent low-level temperature
  inversions from forming.   For Sunday night...high pressure moving
  into the area may lead to clearing skies and light winds.

  result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures as low as 32 possible.

* WHERE...Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Iosco, Leelanau, and Presque Isle
  Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor
  vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
  uncovered.

  Lower Michigan. This may prevent a low-level temperature inversion
