...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...
The areas affected include...
  Lake Huron from Sturgeon Point to Alabaster MI 5NM off shore to
  US/Canadian border...

At 947 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 15 nm east of Oscoda, moving east at 20
knots. This storm is part of a larger cluster of thunderstorms,
impacting Lake Huron north of Michigans Thumb.

Locations impacted include...
Central Lake Huron Buoy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
