.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure will move away from the eastern Great Lakes through
tonight. Winds at the Robert S Pierson are presently from just south
of due. Slow and steady backing is expected through this afternoon,
to east northeast by mid afternoon and to northeast by sunset. A
steady northeast wind is forecast tonight. Wind speeds will have
just a touch of a lull at mid afternoon at around 10 knots,
increasing to around 15 knots by late evening. Gusts will be around
15 knots today, and around 20 knots tonight. Waves will average
around a foot early this afternoon, increasing to around 2 feet by
late evening.
