.DISCUSSION...
High pressure generally in place resulting in light surface winds 5-8mph,
likely NW aloft but could be variable at times. Not impossible winds could go
N for a time this morning, and turn back to NW after dark. Flurries possible
this AM and very low chance for light snow showers esp during late afternoon.
Poor mixing heights this morning increase toward 2000ft AGL thru midday,
could approach 3000ft AGL this afternoon. Mixing heights fall off again after
dark. RHs around 40-50 percent this afternoon; very cold to start today
(sub-zero temps) and will again be sub-zero tonight (close to -5 to -10F).
Similar idea for Friday but could be cloudier.
