.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds and moisture linger today. Northwest winds will
quickly strengthen to 13 mph with gust of 20 mph (as high as 25
mph) by late morning. Temperatures will warm into the low 70s.
Minimum relative humidity will remain near 56% due to moisture
wrapping around a larger storm system over the eastern Great
Lakes. Although rain is not expected, on and off cloud cover will
continue through the day. Excellent vent rates by the late
afternoon due to mixing heights rising to 3 kft and transport
winds of 20 mph. Surface winds will gradually weaken during the
late afternoon and evening, becoming calm by 10 PM EDT tonight.
Warmer and drier with lighter winds for Tuesday as surface high
pressure dominates.
