.DISCUSSION...
High pressure more or less overhead Wednesday; winds should diminish
to 5-10mph or less with prevailing NW flow, though winds could stay
a little stronger toward West Branch/Oscoda Wednesday afternoon.
Expect lake breezes in the afternoons and land breezes overnight for
the next couple days, with flow turning around to the SW by Friday
ahead of a system in the Upper Midwest that could bring our next
chance of showers/storms to the area, though there may be a very low
chance for a pop-up shower on the lake breeze Thursday afternoon.
Warming trend ahead -- highs creeping from upper 70s Wednesday to
mid 80s by Thursday and Friday (upper 80s where downsloping
prevails, likely toward Saginaw Bay). MinRHs Wednesday/Thursday
could be as low as 30-35 percent if we dry out more than expected,
esp Thursday. Mixing heights as high as 6-9kft.
