.DISCUSSION...Despite a another day of well above normal
temperatures, rather abundant low level moisture will keep afternoon
relative humidity values well above critical levels today. Although
temperatures trend to more normal levels Tuesday and Wednesday, some
thinning of moisture will likely allow some areas to see rh values
drop to near or a bit below 40 percent during the afternoon hours.
No significant rain expected, with just perhaps a few light showers
today and perhaps again Tuesday night. Most areas will likely remain
rain-free though. Winds will be a bit gusty at times through
Wednesday, but largely look to remain below critical levels.
