.DISCUSSION...West-northwest winds will become gusty at times today
behind a passing cold front. Gusts as high as 25-35 mph likely at times.
A few isolated hit-and-miss showers are likely to redevelop as well, with
lightning and a locally heavy downpour the main threats. Cooler temperatures
prevail for Wednesday with high temperatures in the upper 60s to mid-70s for
much of northern lower. RHs expected to remain above critical thresholds for
the next couple of days.
