.DISCUSSION...Lingering near-surface smoke should gradually exit
from northeast to southwest through the day with fair weather
cumulus development this afternoon, especially inland areas. Very
low probabilities that any more robust cu is able to wring out a
rogue shower, but chances far too low to include in the forecast at
this time. Lowest RHs expected across interior areas this afternoon
in the 35-45% range. Suppose some localized spots could make a run
to or just below 30% if higher mixing heights verify (5-7 kft).
Excellent RH recovery tonight before similar conditions are expected
to prevail Friday with RHs just a bit lower yet. Winds today out of
the ENE, occasionally breezy at times. Winds take on somewhat of a
more northerly component Friday.
