* WHAT...Dangerous swimming conditions. Highest waves of 3 to 5
  feet.

* WHERE...Benzie and Manistee Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Waves as high as 3 to 5 feet will result in
  dangerous swimming conditions and could sweep people off piers
  and jetties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
