INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT...

Patchy dense fog has developed this morning near Lake Hood and the
Anchorage International Airport. This bank of fog has stayed very
localized near the west end of town, but is still causing dips in
visibility in and around the airport down to a quarter mile or
less at times. Expect visibility to vary anywhere from near zero
miles to unlimited over the next few hours as patches of dense
fog continue to drift over and very close to the terminal. Expect
rapidly improving conditions by later this morning to around
midday after sunrise as dense fog begins to dissipate with daytime
heating.
