* At 1253 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles southwest
  of Washburn, or 12 miles southeast of Amarillo, moving south at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect some tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
           homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  Amarillo, Panhandle, Clarendon, Claude, White Deer, Groom, Lefors,
  Howardwick, Lake Mcclellan, Wayside, Washburn, Palo Duro Canyon,
  Goodnight, Greenbelt Lake, and Pantex.
