STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR WESTERN AND CENTRAL
PANHANDLES...

Winds have decreased below 15 mph across the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles this evening. Even though relative humidity values
remain around 10 percent or less, they should increase through
this evening. Therefore, the Red Flag Warning will be allowed to
expire.
