For the High Wind Warning, west winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts up to 80 mph. * WHERE...Armstrong, Carson, Deaf Smith, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, and Randall Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
