.DISCUSSION...

The wind near the wildfire site is out of the west around 15 mph
with gusts up to 25-30 mph. Relative humidity values are currently
around 10-13 percent. The west wind will continue for a few more hours
before decreasing and becoming southerly and eventually southeasterly
by midnight. The main caveat to that wind forecast is if a slow moving
cold front reaches the wildfire site, which would switch the wind
to out of the north but it would only be around 10 mph. The chances of
that occurring are very low and the front would not reach the wildfire
site for several hours if it does. The wind will remain around 10 mph
out of the southeast the rest of the night once it switches to out of
that direction. Relative humidity values are forecast to increase up
to 50-60 percent on Tuesday morning.
