.DISCUSSION...

Winds on the light side to start the morning out of the west to
southwest. That will continue through mid afternoon, with winds
shifting more southerly and should pick up in the 10 to 15 mph
range. Gusts, should stay in the 15 to 25 mph range. While
precipitation chances are pretty much nil over the area of
concern. There could be an isolated storm to the west in Cimarron
County, which could put out an outflow wind field. Should that
move over the area later this evening, that prevailing south wind
could get a west shift maybe 15-25 mph, but that`s low confidence
at this time.
