.DISCUSSION...As of this morning present observations are seeing
winds holding under 10 mph with direction mostly out of the north.
By the noon time frame, winds are expected to shift to a more
southeasterly direction with speeds increasing to around 10 to 15
mph with gusts upwards of 20 mph. This wind speed and direction
should hold until midnight before weakening and turning southerly.
Otherwise, look for storms chances to remain 10 percent or less
for the day.
