Surface winds this afternoon may continue to be intermittently
breezy for the next hour or two. Speeds will finally slow down
close to sunset and become light afterwards. The wind direction is
not expected to change for the rest of Friday in the spot area.
Relative humidity recovery will be slow this afternoon, but it
will see greater improvement after dark. Temperatures will also
sharply decrease after diurnal heating comes to a close.
