.DISCUSSION...Current observations from nearby stations are seeing
winds mostly out of the northeast with speeds around 10 to 15 mph
and gust upwards of 20 to 25 mph. Over the course of this
afternoon it is expected for winds to keep decreasing with speed
dropping under 10 mph by sunset and staying that way through the
overnight. Direction will slowly transition to more easterly as
well with expectations to become more southerly during the
overnight period. Otherwise, smoke dispersion should remain good
with too little instability present for pyrocumulus to be a threat
today.
