.DISCUSSION... Breezy to gusty southerly winds are expected during
afternoon and evening with strongest winds expected in the Northern
and Western Panhandles. However, still present moisture should keep
elevated and critical fire weather at bay with current expectations
to see minimum relative humidity values around 25 to 35 percent.
